Privacy Policy & Legal Notice

Last updated 16 October 2026

This policy states what personal data is processed when you visit exastat.com or send us an enquiry, together with our statutory company disclosures.

Who we are and company details

Statutory company identification and data controller details are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated scraping:

What we collect and how

  • Enquiries. When you send the contact form: your name, work email, organisation if you give it, the enquiry type and your message.
  • Hosting. Cloudflare serves this site. To deliver a page it processes your IP address and traffic routing data.
  • Fonts. The pages load their fonts from Bunny Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the files. Bunny Fonts states that it keeps no logs and does no tracking.
  • Spam protection. The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person and not a program. It receives your IP address and signals about your browser, and it sets cookies that record the check has been passed. Cloudflare states that it does not use Turnstile data to track visitors or to build profiles.

The site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, and uses no cookies for advertising. The only cookies are the ones Cloudflare's verification check described above sets.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

  • Enquiries: to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
